1. Our Commitment
At B-COOL Air Conditioners, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We are proud to offer an industry-leading 2-Year Limited Warranty on our air conditioning systems, supported by responsive customer service and real technical support (not automated systems). This document outlines the terms of our Warranty Policy and Return Policy for all B-COOL products sold by DC Power Solutions and authorized distributors.
2. Coverage
- Warranty Term: Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
- Products Covered: All B-COOL air conditioning units, including models with integrated heating (e.g., X7RM).

What We Cover:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Components include compressors, condensers, evaporators, electrical controls, fans, and housing.
- Replacement parts supplied directly by B-COOL for warranty service.
3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, wiring, or use of non-approved accessories.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed without written approval.
- Normal wear items and consumables (filters, fuses, hoses, refrigerants, oils, etc.).
- Failures due to misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence.
- Damage from shipping, if not reported within 15 days of receipt.
- Improper storage or handling prior to installation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Follow installation and maintenance guidelines provided in B-COOL manuals.
- Retain proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).
- Register your product online within 60 days of purchase for faster service.
5. Warranty Service Process

- Provide purchase details, product serial number, description of issue, and photos/videos if applicable.
- Our team will issue an INQ number for your specific case, if physical inspection or return is required.
- Upon inspection, B-COOL may repair the unit and replace defective parts.
- Replacement parts and repairs are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
6. Limitations of Liability
- No guarantee of specific cooling performance (as climate, installation, and load conditions vary).
- No responsibility for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, downtime, cargo damage, rental expenses).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so limitations may not apply to you.
7. General Returns (Non-Warranty)
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Customers must request a Warranty INQ number before shipping returns.
- A 15% restocking fee applies, unless the return is due to B-COOL error.
- Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Return Procedures
- All returns require pre-approval and an active Warranty INQ number.
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
